On the morning of April 19th, 2010, I contacted Ms. Alicia to schedule a hot air balloon ride. Unfortunately, the day I initially requested was unavailable. Your sales rep. Ms. Alicia worked with me to fulfill my needs. She had to call multiple pilots and request different times, dates, and locations. She was prompt in calling me back and keeping me updated with the process. She worked hard to make everything fit my needs politely even though I made her job slightly more difficult. I wanted to recognize her thorough work in accommodating me. I will recommend to anyone who is interested in seeking services from your company to request Ms. Alicia, as she helped me out tremendously throughout this process. Without her patience and hard work my plans would have never worked, but she arranged everything around my requirements. I would definitely return to your business as a repeat customer because of her.

Good Morning!! Ashley and I wanted to share with you our experience and by far it was nothing short of "Awesome". It was a surprise birthday present for her and she had no idea where we were going until that morning and while we were sitting at McDonalds (eating breakfast) when I pulled out the waiver that needed to be signed. The look on her face was priceless. She has mentioned numberous times this was the best birthday present she has ever received. We've talked to over a dozen family members since then and just about all of them are jealous of her and now they want to make reservations with you.

Your crew deserves a tremendous commendation for the work they've done. All of them were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. That says alot to us about a business. My husband and I took our first balloon ride this past Saturday and it was great!! I was a little nervous at first, but Daryl, our pilot, quickly put my fears to rest. His knowledge and experience made this trip a very memorable and enjoyable one. I would highly recommend Daryl and his crew to all my friends and family. Life hasn't been the same.
